B2B Corporate Sales Account Manager – Telecom & ICT

About the role

The B2B Corporate Sales Account Manager – Telecom & ICT will be based on‑site in Amman and will drive growth of VTEL's corporate client portfolio by promoting fiber internet, IoT and data‑center solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the telecom and ICT market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare proposals, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams to design accurate solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor account performance, analyse usage and revenue trends, and deliver regular reports and forecasts.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in telecom, ICT or related technology sectors.
• Strong prospecting, consultative selling, solution‑based presentation and contract negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of fiber internet, networking, cloud, IoT and data‑center concepts or a strong capacity to learn.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with corporate decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred and ability to work on‑site in Amman.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
