B2B Software Sales Officer – Direct Sales

About the role
The company behind CarrotCut®, an AI‑powered SaaS work‑automation platform, is seeking a B2B Software Sales Officer to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You will drive new business by presenting tailored product demos and managing relationships with enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, map customer pain points and present customized demos.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and implementation teams to ensure customer success.
- Forecast sales, report weekly KPIs and track conversion metrics.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of B2B software sales experience with a strong closure rate.
- Proven presentation skills for online and in‑person product demos.
- Fluent English communication.
- Own a car and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
Required skills
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, project‑management, task‑management or workflow automation solutions.
