Barista / Cashier

About the role
BARE is a functional food concept that serves high‑quality, nutrient‑dense bowls and beverages. As a Barista / Cashier you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a smooth ordering experience while preparing drinks that meet the brand’s performance and wellness standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders and guide them through the menu.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash, card and digital transactions.
- Prepare coffee, matcha and cold beverages following exact measurements and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier and service area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Address basic customer questions and resolve simple issues promptly.
Required profile
- 1–2 years experience in a café, retail or customer‑service environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
