BI Associate Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated BI Associate Consultant to join our team in Amman. You will support clients by creating custom reports and extending SAP Business One functionality, ensuring data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain Transact‑SQL and HANA SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for SAP Business One.
• Analyze business processes to design and build relevant reports using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, and Excel.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain BI solutions to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Provide on‑site or remote support for BI‑related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams, representing the company professionally.
• Continuously learn new analytical tools and stay updated on organizational standards.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in a related field.
• Basic understanding of relational database concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
