BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead BIM processes for large‑scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, rail and bridges across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards and workflows for infrastructure projects.
• Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts and optimise designs using advanced BIM software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
• Implement and maintain quality‑control processes for BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with local building codes in KSA, Dubai and the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation techniques and infrastructure design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Navisworks.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D.
