Brand Creative Manager

About the role

As the Brand Creative Manager at Namaa, you will own the day‑to‑day execution of the brand across digital and marketing channels. You will ensure visual identity, social media presence, and creative assets stay consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards while collaborating closely with marketing and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s creative output, providing direction, feedback, and support to maintain high‑quality results.
• Act as a hands‑on designer on high‑priority graphic design projects.
• Plan and execute creative projects for social media, digital marketing, employer branding, and internal initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all brands and customer touchpoints.
• Review and approve creative assets such as social media content, videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives.
• Guide visual direction of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and platform best practices.
• Prioritize and allocate creative work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices, introducing new ideas to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future creative execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering high‑quality digital and social media content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand visual identity and multi‑channel design.
