Branding Manager – Digital & Social

About the role

The Banking institution is seeking a Branding Manager to lead its digital and social media strategy. The role will shape the bank’s online presence, align branding initiatives with marketing goals, and drive measurable results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the bank’s digital marketing strategy across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Grow and optimize social media channels based on KPIs, ensuring alignment with branding, PR, and marketing objectives.
• Measure, report, and analyze performance of all digital campaigns, identifying trends to optimize spend and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to create digital touchpoints and improve user experience.
• Coordinate regional marketing research activities, prepare reports using tools such as IPSOS STATEX, and monitor competitor actions.
• Support offline marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or research within a large multinational bank or agency.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, and presentation skills.
