Business Assurance Internship – Finance Department

About the role

We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our Finance Department for a one‑year internship under the Zain Youth Program. The Business Assurance Intern will support revenue assurance activities, ensuring data integrity and accurate charging of services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and monitor the revenue assurance system (RAID8), guaranteeing availability and integrity of data for analysis.
• Control cost and revenue streams to ensure timely and accurate billing of provided services.
• Coordinate with related departments to analyse and follow up on pending revenue assurance incidents.
• Prepare performance reports that display key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networks Engineering or a related field.
• Strong collaboration, initiative, self‑learning and coordination abilities.
