About the role

Taj HR Consultancy is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of its recruitment and HR outsourcing services. This fully remote position focuses on identifying new B2B opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and HR outsourcing services across various industries.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking to engage potential clients.
• Schedule and lead meetings with decision‑makers, presenting Taj HR’s service portfolio.
• Assess client hiring and HR operational needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
