About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office and drive growth for our packaging solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential customers in the packaging sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations and after‑sales support.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track performance against targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activity.
- Team‑player who can work effectively with internal stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software.
