Business Development Manager

About the role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for an EdTech company. Elitech seeks a proactive, results‑driven professional to expand its B2B client base locally and internationally. The role focuses on opening doors, building relationships, generating opportunities, and turning prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Reach decision‑makers through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and meetings.
• Present Elitech’s services and develop client relationships.
• Lead opportunities from first contact through proposal and closing.
• Represent Elitech in local and international business meetings and events.
• Travel when required for business development opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly proactive, confident, and target‑oriented personality.
• A true “hunter” mentality – creates opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, education, publishing, or technology is a strong advantage.
