Business Development Manager – Jordan

About the role

INGOT is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its FX and CFDs brokerage in Jordan. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold calling and pre‑arranged visits.
• Manage daily contacts with clients via phone, email or in‑person meetings, ensuring each interaction adds value.
• Handle new retail and institutional leads, follow up diligently, and retain existing clients through strategic engagement.
• Onboard new clients, convert leads into active accounts and meet company targets.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms and FX/CFD regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in business development, sales or client relations within financial services is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
