About the role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Officer to join our Amman office on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets, conducting market research and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and addressing client needs promptly.
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined targets through effective selling strategies and pipeline management.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and lead negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 + years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving mindset to identify market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
