Business Development Representative – Founder’s Office

About the role

Whitecarrot is seeking a Business Development Representative to join the Founder’s Office. You will own the full sales cycle, turning warm inbound leads into signed contracts while working remotely with the option to relocate to Dubai as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close deals end‑to‑end, from the first conversation to the signed contract.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and meetings booked by the SDR team.
• Run discovery calls to understand employers’ hiring challenges and deliver confident product demos of the AI‑powered platform.
• Recommend appropriate plans, share proposals, negotiate pricing and handle objections until the deal is closed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and hand over closed customers to the Customer Success team.
• Provide frontline insights to shape product roadmap and sales playbooks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
• Experience selling SaaS or HR‑tech solutions and owning a closing target.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong plus.
• Comfortable conducting demos and pricing discussions over video calls.
• Independent, disciplined and able to work UAE business hours.
• Resilient, competitive and driven to exceed ambitious targets.
