Business Development Representative – Jordan

About the role

D•Engage, a multinational SaaS provider, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its sales team in Jordan. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging decision‑makers, and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build a pipeline of ICP‑fit companies and decision‑makers using Apollo and other tools.
• Research accounts, their martech stack, recent news and decision‑maker activity to craft relevant outreach angles.
• Execute personalized multichannel outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone.
• Nurture leads, handle objections, answer questions and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Leverage non‑standard sources (events, job boards, community groups) and AI/LLM tools to uncover hidden signals.
• Maintain accurate data in Zoho CRM, meet daily/weekly meeting KPIs and report on funnel progress.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer‑facing role (SaaS or martech a plus).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS martech and the regional market.
• Quick learner of product value propositions, use cases and competitive landscape.
• Data‑driven, organized, resilient and able to maintain CRM hygiene.
