About the role
Lead new‑business strategy and execution for complex territories, segments, or target accounts to drive profitable growth for Brink’s, a global provider of cash and valuables management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their needs through disciplined outreach, discovery, and follow‑up.
- Present Brink’s solutions using relevant data, market knowledge, and business insight while aligning commercial terms with approval requirements.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility on opportunity stage, activity, next steps, and forecast assumptions.
- Partner with internal teams to support proposals, implementation handoffs, issue resolution, and accurate representation of capabilities and pricing.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead new‑business initiatives and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with prospective customers.
- Experience in using CRM systems to track pipeline and forecast sales.
