Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

As a Butler at Accor’s Fairmont Gold, you will deliver warm, anticipative service that exceeds the expectations of discerning guests. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout a guest’s stay, ensuring personalized experiences and seamless assistance across all hotel areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guest service, including luggage handling, in‑lounge food & beverage service, and bar beverage preparation.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel, its departments, services, and technology, including the Property Management System.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, and ensure all areas of the Butler Pantry are stocked and maintained.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, and unusual occurrences to the Fairmont Gold Manager or Supervisor.
• Participate in orientation, training, and daily shift briefings for the Butler team.
• Uphold grooming standards, punctuality, and adherence to all hotel policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Full understanding of hotel operations, in‑suite amenities, and guest‑service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and maintain high grooming standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
