Call Center Sales Supervisor

About the role

Remain Medical Group is seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead its Call Center, Telesales, and Customer Experience teams. The role focuses on driving service quality, converting leads into appointments, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Call Center, Telesales, and Customer Experience teams.
• Drive sales performance to meet monthly revenue and conversion goals.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed patient appointments.
• Develop and implement telesales scripts, objection‑handling techniques, and follow‑up processes.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs such as conversion rate, booking rate, attendance rate, call productivity, and revenue.
• Coach and train agents on negotiation, closing, and customer communication.
• Analyze leads, campaigns, and sales funnels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and medical branches to improve lead quality and appointment availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Call Center, Telesales, Sales or Customer Experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role with proven revenue and conversion results.
• Strong background in lead management, negotiation, objection handling and closing.
• Experience in healthcare or related sectors (e.g., dermatology, aesthetics, dental) is highly preferred.
