About the role
We are looking for a friendly, customer‑oriented individual to join our shop team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. You will handle sales transactions, assist shoppers with product information, and ensure a pleasant in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the shop.
- Process sales transactions using POS devices, handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and support to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a cashier and customer care representative.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
