Category Manager

About the role

The Category Manager will drive profitable sales and market share for designated brands by creating and executing on‑shelf and off‑shelf strategies. Working closely with field execution teams and head‑office sales units, you will ensure that category plans are delivered with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market share and category performance by channel to develop actionable business plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers to build joint sales plans, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
• Develop store‑level execution plans, provide tools and training to sales teams, and monitor in‑store performance.
• Prepare detailed volume forecasts, set yearly targets, and manage budget spending and claims.
• Deliver top‑line and bottom‑line results through accurate forecasting and commercial propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in category or brand management.
