Change Management Expert - Banking Industry - 2-3-Month Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a senior Change Management Expert to join a strategic banking or fintech transformation project in Amman. The engagement lasts 2‑3 months and will be on‑site, focusing on designing and implementing change interventions that ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted engagement plans.
• Assess organisational readiness, identify resistance, and design mitigation actions.
• Create and deliver communication plans, including key messaging, channels, and timelines.
• Perform change impact assessments covering processes, roles, and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and HR to integrate change activities.
• Design and roll out training and capability‑building initiatives.
• Monitor adoption through KPIs, report progress and risks, and ensure post‑implementation sustainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in change management.
• Proven track record delivering transformation projects in banking or fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior‑stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
