Chief Concierge

About the role

As the Chief Concierge you will be the face of guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed from the moment they step into the hotel. You will lead a team to deliver personalized, high‑touch service while promoting the hotel’s brand and ancillary businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong guest relationships through swift, professional, and highly personal service.
• Provide expert local knowledge of events, attractions, and dining options.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and use feedback to continuously improve satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks to the concierge team while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Uphold discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy, and confidentiality for all guests.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the hotel’s other businesses and services.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum four years experience in an upscale hotel or equivalent concierge environment.
• At least one year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong time‑keeping and reliability.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of hot and cold beverage recipes.
• Proficiency in espresso production.
• Passion for coffee and coffee artistry.
