Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Amman, supporting individuals and families navigating immigration and visa processes. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients receive accurate information, timely updates, and a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and explain immigration, visa, and translation procedures.
• Coordinate documentation collection, review files for completeness, and track application statuses.
• Maintain detailed client records in the company’s case management system.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and accelerate processing.
• Handle client onboarding, address concerns promptly, and contribute to service‑quality improvements.

Required profile

• Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with colleagues.
