Client Relationships Manager

About the role

Tickmill is seeking a Client Relationships Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and professional clients. The role involves being the primary point of contact for assigned portfolios, driving platform usage and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new retail and professional clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios, providing timely support.
• Proactively engage clients to increase platform usage, trading activity, and overall satisfaction.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand trading needs and business objectives.
• Monitor client activity, flag at‑risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in client relationship, customer support, or sales, preferably in a regulated financial services environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and relationship‑management abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.

• Experience using CRM systems.
