Client Support Administrator (Jordan)

About the role

ITA International is looking for a Client Support Administrator to deliver IT and security support for the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron. The role is based in Jordan and supports operations across several Middle‑East bases, ensuring reliable computer systems, network services, and compliance with military security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Backup and restore hard drives, perform system crash recoveries, and conduct initial diagnostics.
• Implement physical and computer security measures, including password and privilege management.
• Provide limited software assistance for common office automation applications sourced from standard Air Force contracts.
• Maintain system updates and install required Technical Compliance NOTAM (TCNO) security patches in line with AFNOSC guidelines.
• Check files for corruption, format drives, and monitor available disk space.
• Administer video‑teleconference suites, isolate and repair network/computer malfunctions, and configure hardware/software.
• Operate both unclassified and classified computer systems and act as the primary IT Equipment Custodian.
• Ensure compliance with AFI 23‑101 for IT equipment management and serve as the unit TEMPEST Monitor, overseeing emissions security requirements.
• Train unit personnel on secure voice communications equipment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting IT environments in secure or military settings.
• Familiarity with DoDD 8570.01M, DoDD 8100.02, and AFI 23‑101 compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work on‑site in a dynamic, strategically important region.
