Cluster EBC Executive

About the role

The Cluster EBC Executive supports Marriott’s Sales & Marketing team by delivering exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and driving revenue through up‑selling and loyalty initiatives. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Amman and works closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, requests and concerns, providing timely resolutions.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process Marriott Rewards points, reservations, changes and cancellations using the company’s reservation software.
• Enter guest and rewards information accurately into the system.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and ensure a high standard of service.
• Maintain positive working relationships and monitor team performance against quality standards.
• Handle light physical tasks, moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in hospitality or customer service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Amman.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and loyalty program software (Marriott Rewards system).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic office skills including email, filing and faxing.
