Cluster Groups Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster Groups Coordinator supports the revenue management team by overseeing room inventory and ensuring accurate reservation data across the cluster. This role works closely with sales, operations and property teams to drive group revenue and maintain system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue and keep reservation system information up‑to‑date.
• Prepare agendas and supporting documents for sales‑strategy meetings.
• Handle room authorizations, rates and restrictions, communicating changes to properties.
• Monitor transient and group inventory, perform account diagnostics and ensure straight‑line availability.
• Implement hotel sales strategies within reservation and inventory systems.
• Escalate technical questions related to reservation and property‑management systems to the appropriate support desk.
• Track compliance with company promotions and e‑commerce channels.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in hospitality or revenue management.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.
