About the role

The Cluster Sales Executive acts as the primary sales contact for existing and prospective customers of the hotel. You will negotiate and confirm events, identify up‑selling opportunities, and maximise revenue through catering and group bookings while delivering efficient service.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
Negotiate event contracts in line with the hotel’s sales strategy.
Identify and pursue up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Manage group bookings and catering sales to optimise occupancy and profitability.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers and internal teams.
Report sales performance and market feedback directly to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Experience in hotel/property management or the entertainment sector.
Excellent English communication skills.
Result‑driven with solid negotiation techniques.
