Compliance Program Specialist

About the role
The Compliance Program Specialist will support Capital Bank Group in governing its compliance functions and executing key compliance programs. This role ensures that regulatory obligations, internal audit findings, and remediation activities are tracked, reported, and resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an Issue Log covering regulatory notes, internal audit findings, and remediation plans for the compliance group.
- Produce periodic reports on remediation progress, highlighting any slipped activities.
- Ensure all policies and procedures across the bank and its subsidiaries are logged in the system and monitored regularly.
- Conduct the annual update of the risk‑based approach (RBA) methodology.
- Lead the annual financial crime risk assessment in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Complete CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and FATCA reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related financial services functions.
