Consultancy for delivering soft skills and entrepreneurship training

About the role

Plan International is seeking qualified trainers to deliver soft‑skills and entrepreneurship‑related training as part of the EU‑funded “Women in Innovation from HBB to Scalable Business” project in Jordan. The assignment focuses on women in underserved and rural areas, particularly in Irbid Governorate and Azraq camp.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on soft skills, basic and advanced entrepreneurship topics.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to participants throughout the training cycle.
• Collaborate with project partners (iPARK, RSCN, DMDT) to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor participant progress and contribute to reporting on training outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering soft‑skills or entrepreneurship training.
• Familiarity with the socio‑economic context of women in Jordan.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt training materials to local needs.

Required skills

• Experience in curriculum development for adult learners.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship concepts and business planning.
