Consultant – Strategy & Transactions (M&A, Corporate Finance)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join its Strategy & Transactions practice in Jordan. You will work on high‑impact Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate finance projects, supporting clients through research, valuation, and transaction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends, company specifics, and financial data using Deloitte’s databases and tools.
• Build and maintain financial models to aid client decision‑making and negotiations.
• Develop financial forecasts and perform business valuations using comparable company analysis, DCF, and transaction multiples.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to test valuation assumptions.
• Analyze data for visualization and insight generation to support client presentations.
• Prepare transaction collateral such as teasers and information memoranda.
• Evaluate operational and financial performance, capital structure, and growth prospects of target companies.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, transaction multiples).
