About the role
The Contact Center Advisor handles inbound customer calls for Bank al Etihad, providing information on products and services and ensuring issues are resolved promptly. The role supports customer satisfaction and contributes to the bank's cross‑selling objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries within defined TAT.
- Generate leads for cross‑selling bank products.
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate functions or branches.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple calls.

- Ability to adhere to internal work rules and regulations.
Required skills
- Capability to execute basic banking transactions such as transfers and balance inquiries.
