Content Associate – Online Platform

About the role

The Content Associate is responsible for managing and publishing product information for a specific category on the company's online platform. The role ensures that product, promotional and informational content is accurate, up‑to‑date and optimised for the best customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement online content for the assigned category.
• Produce product listings including descriptions, price, delivery schedule, origin and ingredients where applicable.
• Keep all category content current, relevant and published on schedule.
• Monitor product performance and unpublish low‑demand, out‑of‑stock or unavailable items.
• Manage the online presence of product categories and related promotional campaigns, providing insights to management.
• Collect product information from the Merchandising Department and suppliers to maintain accuracy.
• Review and update content before publication to ensure consistency across digital channels.
• Tailor content and communication style to different customer segments based on promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in website content creation and management with proven achievements.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of social media channels and ability to create online content for various platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
