About the role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and culturally aware Content Creator to bring Four Winters to life through engaging and original content. This is a full‑time onsite position.
Key responsibilities
- Actively film, create, and edit short‑form content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and post engaging daily Stories.
- Manage and build our online community through comments, DMs, and interactions.
- Develop original content ideas and creative concepts.
- Create content around products, launches, campaigns, events, and activations.
- Capture content regularly across branches and events.
Required profile
- Advanced video editing skills.
- Highly proactive and hands‑on with filming and content creation.
- Strong creativity and ability to independently ideate.
- A charismatic and humorous personality that comes through in the content.
- Strong understanding of digital culture and online communities.
- Ability to create content that feels natural, entertaining, and relevant.
