Content Moderation Advisor (Arabic & English)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Content Moderation Advisor in Irbid, where you will evaluate online content in both Arabic and English. You will ensure that all material is correctly categorized and complies with client policies, while handling sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review and categorize images, videos, text, and accounts according to published policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process flagged accounts to verify the absence of policy violations.
• Escalate any violations using internal tools when necessary.
• Maintain high quality standards for each case reviewed.
• Achieve monthly productivity and quality KPIs as part of the workflow.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in content moderation or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and tools.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
