Syarah, a leading automotive digital platform in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, is looking for a Content Writer Trainee to support its marketing team during a maternity leave period. This short‑term contract offers the chance to create engaging content for a fast‑growing brand in the car‑buying sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original, compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of all topics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall strategy and brand voice.
• Generate creative ideas, pitch concepts and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proofread, edit and ensure grammatical correctness while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and BARD to brainstorm topics and accelerate content creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Languages, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skill in researching complex information and turning it into engaging copy.
• Ability to adapt style and tone for various platforms and audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
