Contract Specialist – Operational Contract Support

About the role

TJFACT is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support the Area Support Group – Jordan Directorate of Logistics. The role focuses on Operational Contract Support (OCS) and Acquisition and Cross‑Servicing Agreement (ACSA) functions, handling procurement, contract administration, invoice review and order reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Support OCS planning and execution throughout the procurement and acquisition lifecycle.
• Develop, coordinate and route procurement requirements and acquisition packages.
• Conduct market research and maintain procurement and contract files (PCFs).
• Review contractor invoices for accuracy, completeness and contractual compliance.
• Execute, track, manage and reconcile ACSA orders and transactions.
• Coordinate with contracting, logistics, financial management and operational stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Operational Contract Support through U.S. Army 3C ASI or equivalent civilian/DoD experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Acquisition and Cross‑Servicing Agreements, including execution and reconciliation.
• Active security clearance and ability to work onsite in Jordan.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
