Copywriting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Copywriting Manager to lead our writing team and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and organizational goals. You will shape the company narrative, maintain consistency, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the content pipeline, optimizing team output across channels.
• Develop content strategies that enhance brand narratives and audience engagement.
• Guide and oversee writers, ensuring quality and adherence to tone of voice.
• Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, social media, blogs, and internal communications.
• Oversee scriptwriting for commercials, short films, and digital media.
• Collaborate with marketing heads to align content with campaigns and contribute to concept development.
• Create high-converting copy for advertisements and adapt messaging for different platforms.
• Ensure compliance with brand, legal, regulatory, and platform requirements, coordinating with Compliance and Legal teams.
• Manage copywriting schedules, deadlines, priorities, and approval timelines.

Required profile

• MA degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in content development, team management, and brand storytelling.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across various formats.
• Detail-oriented with a creative flair and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Scriptwriting for multimedia content.
• Proficiency with content editing software.
• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice adaptation.
• Ability to coordinate with design and PR teams for multimedia execution.
