Corporate Sales Account Manager

About the role

VTEL is seeking a Corporate Sales Account Manager to join its Amman office. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, promoting VTEL’s fiber internet, IoT and smart data‑center solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the corporate segment.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts for fiber‑optic internet and related technology services.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate sales, account management or business development.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of fiber internet, IoT and smart data‑center solutions (plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management.
