Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

The Corporate Travel Consultant works remotely on a full‑time basis, providing end‑to‑end travel services for corporate clients. You will consult with clients, design multi‑destination itineraries and ensure travel complies with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with corporate clients to understand travel needs and propose suitable itineraries.
• Book and manage flights, hotels, ground transportation and other services using reservation systems.
• Monitor bookings, handle changes, cancellations and resolve issues before and during travel.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and ensure compliance with travel policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in corporate travel consulting and multi‑destination itinerary planning.
• Excellent customer service orientation with problem‑solving and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or corporate travel tools.
• Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements and corporate travel policies.
