Course Consultant – Sales Representative

About the role

Join 51Talk, a leading online English education platform, as a Course Consultant. You will drive revenue by contacting prospective and existing students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them to the right English courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and sell online English education products to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable courses, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Answer inquiries professionally, handle objections, and provide accurate product information.
• Follow up on marketing leads, nurture relationships, and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales, call‑center or education.
• Proficient spoken and written English (B1 level or higher).
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
