Creative Content Creator (On-Camera Talent)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, confident, and highly motivated Content Creator to join Jo Academy’s team in Amman. The role combines storytelling, scriptwriting, and on‑camera presentation to produce engaging educational and promotional videos for our digital learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh content ideas that align with Jo Academy’s brand and educational objectives.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and copy for digital platforms and social media.
• Present confidently on camera for video campaigns, tutorials, and social media posts.
• Film, edit, and deliver high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content.
• Develop creative concepts for educational, promotional, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is impactful, on‑brand, and delivered on schedule.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital content trends, social media best practices, and audience engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, content writing, or digital media.
• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent on‑camera presence and confidence speaking to an audience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement.
