About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join Syarah’s fast‑growing team. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our end‑to‑end digital car buying experience and ensuring every interaction is smooth and satisfying.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services via voice or text channels.
- Create new customer accounts and accurately record information.
- Listen to concerns, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex cases to management with full background details.
- Anticipate customer needs, follow up on previous interactions, and promote additional services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the overall experience.
Required profile
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Readiness to undergo pre‑employment and on‑the‑job training.
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic communication style.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency with computer software and office systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
- Familiarity with Syarah’s product and service portfolio; automotive experience is a plus.
