Customer Service Engineer - Jordan

About the role

The Customer Service Engineer will install, configure, and maintain UIU diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites across Jordan. The role involves close collaboration with regional and headquarters support teams to ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install UIU diagnostic imaging equipment (DR, CT, MR, PET) within the assigned product range at customer locations.
• Work with the Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates under supervision.
• Attend service training courses and pursue the UIU Professional Certificate to enhance technical competence.
• Escalate issues when customer satisfaction is at risk and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors, including on‑site training and spare‑part replacement.

Required profile

• Technical associate’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (DR, CT, MR, PET).
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve faults in the field.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer‑oriented service attitude.
• Flexibility to travel, work unsociable hours, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
