Cybersecurity Instructor & Learning Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Instructor and Learning Product Designer to deliver high‑quality training programmes for government, financial and corporate clients across the GCC. Based in Riyadh, you will combine classroom delivery with the design of tailored learning products that meet regional regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions (in‑person and virtual) on cybersecurity fundamentals, threat management, incident response, fraud prevention, GRC and emerging threats.
• Facilitate workshops for audiences ranging from recent graduates to senior leadership across regulated sectors.
• Co‑design and review training content, case studies and assessments aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SAMA CSF and NCA ECC frameworks.
• Support localisation of global cybersecurity material for GCC audiences.
• Collaborate on the development of cybersecurity learning products, including program structures, learning journeys, certification pathways and e‑learning modules (SCORM/LMS‑ready).
• Provide technical input for proposals and RFP responses when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity (offensive, defensive, GRC or SOC contexts).
• Proven track record delivering cybersecurity training to professional or corporate audiences.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, ECIH or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to make complex topics accessible.
