Cybersecurity Specialist – Senior Architecture Role

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to design, develop and implement robust security architectures that protect our digital assets. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity Architecture Manager and cross‑functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and roll out comprehensive security architectures and frameworks following secure‑by‑design principles.
• Assess IT security threats, recommend and implement effective counter‑measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security projects support business goals.
• Stay current on emerging threats and cloud/on‑premise security technologies.
• Create and maintain security policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects such as Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM/SOAR and Cloud Security.
• Prepare detailed security reports and documentation for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity architecture, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, GIAC) are highly desirable.
