About the role

MNASATI.COM is looking for a full‑time Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join its on‑site team in Zarqa. The role operates on a shift‑based schedule and focuses on delivering omnichannel support while maintaining high‑quality product and service data.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, live‑chat interactions, and consistent follow‑ups with customers.
• Enter, update, and verify product and service catalog information with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the platform experience.
• Adhere to the rotational shift system, including mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, including call handling, live chat, and follow‑up processes.
• Demonstrated experience in catalog management and data organization.
• High attention to detail and fast, accurate data‑entry skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and ability to commute to the Zarqa office.
