About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our debt services team. The role involves contacting prospective clients facing financial hardship, assessing their eligibility for debt settlement programs, and guiding them through enrollment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to discuss their financial situation and explain debt settlement options.
- Evaluate client eligibility based on program criteria.
- Educate clients on the process, benefits, and requirements of debt settlement.
- Assist clients through the enrollment and documentation process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in debt settlement or related financial sales.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
- Passion for helping clients achieve financial freedom.
- Results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Effective negotiation and objection handling.
- Ability to assess client eligibility criteria.
