Delivery Manager – Junior to Mid-Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Delivery Manager to join our team and help ensure the successful delivery of software and technology projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet agreed requirements and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of software and technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across technical and business teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and follow up on action items.
• Identify delivery risks, support issue resolution, and help remove obstacles.
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, delivery management, or software/IT project coordination.
• Experience working with software development or technology teams (preferred).
• Good understanding of project management and software delivery processes.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
