Design and Quality Specialist

About the role

The Design and Quality Specialist will lead a team of systems analysts to ensure the design, development, testing and continuous improvement of telecommunications and digital platforms. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving quality standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of systems analysts, conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee design, development and implementation of telecom systems and digital channels.
• Define and manage testing strategies, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends and implement proactive improvement measures.
• Present project updates, metrics and quality assessments to senior management.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and adopt best practices.
• Maintain production stability and performance of IT and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Intermediate (mid‑level) experience in system analysis, service design or quality assurance.
• Professional Scrum Master Certified (PSM) and Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.

Required skills

• CRM applications and digital channel platforms (mobile apps, e‑shop, website, chatbot).
• Functional and non‑functional requirements gathering and validation.
• Software testing methodologies: unit, integration, system and UAT.
• Test automation tools, API testing with Postman, Selenium, Katalon, Appium, REST Assured.
• Monitoring and alerting tools for system performance.
• Quality control, root‑cause analysis and defect tracking (Jira).
• Agile frameworks: Scrum and Kanban.
• Basic cybersecurity practices (encryption, access control).
• Data visualization (line graphs, bar charts, heatmaps).
• Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI.
• RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere).
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• SQL for data queries.
